Shipping policy

Overview
We keep shipping simple: Express-only service nationwide with a flat $15 fee (incl. GST) per order. Orders are sent with Direct Freight Express, Australia Post and TOLL and include full tracking.
Estimated Delivery Timeframes (Express)
- QLD & NSW: 1–2 business days
- VIC & SA: 2–4 business days
- WA, NT & TAS: 4–10 business days
- Rural & remote: please allow an additional 1–2 business days
Estimates start from dispatch and refer to business days. Transit times may vary due to carrier scheduling, weather or peak volumes.
Order Processing & Dispatch
- Business hours: Monday–Friday, 7:00 am–2:00 pm (AEST)
- Same-day dispatch for orders placed before 11:00 am AEST on business days. Please note personalised badge orders may require an extra day for processing.
- Orders placed after 11:00 am or on weekends/holidays ship the next business day
- A shipping confirmation email with your tracking link is sent when your order leaves our warehouse

Tracking Your Order (Toll Group)

- Deliveries occur on business days during courier operating hours
- If no one is available, the driver may attempt redelivery or leave collection instructions
- Large or high‑value orders may require a signature on delivery
Shipping Scope & Restrictions
Australia only. International shipping is not currently available. Delivery timeframes may extend during peak periods, public holidays or severe weather.
